Ignite performed a full organizational audit on the firm prior to providing an analysis, recommendations and schedule of services to Baker Klein for acceptance. As they grew, they were in need of organization and strategy in order for their firm to continue to grow successfully. Tuscaloosa Testing Laboratory (TTL) is a mid-size Geotechnical, Environmental, Construction Materials Testing firm with seven offices in four regions throughout the Southeast and Southcentral US (Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas) based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Ignite performed a comprehensive Business Development Audit for TTL. The audit consisted of interviewing 27 technical business developers throughout seven offices, along with corporate and office leadership and marketing staff. Ignite produced a deliverable document outlining in-depth individual, office, and corporate analysis and recommendations to include structure and program development; process improvement; training programs; internal and external communications improvements; branding, recruitment and positioning strategy. In addition, Ignite presented "Basics of Business Development / Client Development from Behind the Desk" to each of the four main regional offices for all employees.
Ignite teamed with C*Connect to develop processes to improve communications, teamwork and support the firms new service line based organizational model including a new communication structure, business development meeting template, tracking mechanisms and more. Additionally, as part of the implementation Ignite / C*Connect development and is conducting a full scale Doer-Seller Business Development Training Program for a total of 85 participants taking place in each region earning each participant a total of 24 PDH's.
Ignite has also teamed with C*Connect to provide re-branding services to include a client perception study, re-brand, messaging, internal and external launch, acquisition integration and more.
Doer-Seller Business Development Training Program / Strategic Planning Facilitation / Coaching Services

Ignite is providing strategic planning facilitation services for the firm. Ignite is also conducting a Doer-Seller Business Development Training Program leading participants in a series of workshops that take them through the stages of capturing a project with a real identified client. Each created a personal business development plan with specific, strategic goals and action plans. They are also taking part in a business development incentive game that taught them the various methods of relationship development while encouraging teamwork and accountability. Ignite is also providing one-on-one coaching services for one participant, whose success is crucial to the firm, in developing and completing a plan along with weekly check in's and guidance.
Doer-Seller Business Development Training Program
BRPH is a full-service Architecture and Engineering firm based out of Melbourne, Florida with offices throughout the country.
Participants entered the Doer-Seller Business Development Training Program upon completion of the firm’s project management training program. They engaged in workshops that took them through the stages of capturing a project with a real identified client. Each created a personal business development plan with specific, strategic goals and action plans. They also took part in a business development incentive game that taught them the various methods of relationship development while encouraging teamwork and accountability. The first class graduated and the firm is seeing immediate results. The second class is currently taking place and BRPH has added one on one coaching services to the contract.

Presentation / Interview Training
Scherer Construction is a Design-Build Construction firm based in Gainesville, Florida serving the Southeast US.
Ignite conducted a day long presentation / interview training for Scherer that included a client capture planning module, public speaking and creating high impact conversations through presentations. Teams were created and worked together to create a message, storyboard, choreography and then practice and present a mock presentation based on an upcoming project pursuit. Ignite also provided services for pursuit strategy and interview strategy and preparation.
